Dear Sir or Madam, We've been using Agilent's MSconvert (trapper.exe) embedded in our software for several years. Now suddenly we are getting error messages like this: *** Agilent Trapper: Processing "QB008453.d" (1 of 1)... "H:\MeghanB\pipeline\bin\trapper\trapper.exe" --mzXML -c "H:\MeghanB\RAW\LLNL_skin\qtof\QB008453.d" "H:\MeghanB\RAW\LLNL_skin\qtof\QB008453.d.mzXML" ERROR at .\MHDACWrapper.cpp, 49: HR = -2147221164 ERROR - CoCreateInstance failed. unable to open H:\MeghanB\RAW\LLNL_skin\qtof\QB008453.d with MassHunter interface *** We tried the same workflow using mzXML files generated by Proteowizard, but the scan numbers seem to be wrong. I wonder if you have any suggestion on it? Thank you very much, Yamil Simon Ps. FYY: Long time ago, I reported to Agilent several bugs I found while using MassHunter. Now, I'm using version B.07.00 of the qualitative browser and some problems persist. For example, if the user changes the display options of the chromatogram (minutes, seconds, scans) and exports the file as MGF, either the retention time or the scan number listed in the title field of the MS2 spectrum is wrong. |
