I'm afraid that we do not have an English version to try it on now... What is strange is it worked very well until Jan-Feb 2014. I do not know if you made some updates from this date that would be the origine of the error? Otherwise I just tried to use ms2mz ( http://www.bioproximity.com/utility-converting-mass-spectrometer-file-formats.html) by placing it in the ProteoWizard folder. It works well, no error message. For now I think I can use it until you reach the root of the problem. Do you know whether ms2mz funtion exactly as MSConvert? As we are performing repeatability tests, I would like to be sure that there is no difference in the data conversion that would lead to variability in the results. Thank you for your help.
