Hi Yue-Chern, Thanks for reporting this. What does the 1SLin mean? Bruker's folder structure has always been a bit of a mystery to me. Never seen that kind of spot notation either, I've only seen 0_A1, 0_G4, etc. -Matt On 6/4/2014 12:28 PM, Yeu-Chern Harn wrote: > Hello, > > I discovered there is a bug in msconvert when converting MALDI-IMS > data from Bruker. > My data folder structure is like > [data folder]\ > 0_R00X012Y006\ (folder for location (12,6) in the sample) > 1\ > 1SLin\ > fid\ > 0_R00X012Y007\ (folder for location (12,7) in the sample) > ... ... > When the parent folder of fid is "1SLin", msconvert cannot recognize > it and has the error message: > [ReaderFail] don't know how to read [data folder] > > But when the parent folder of fid is "1SRef", msconvert can recognize > the file. > > Please be aware of this bug, > thanks, > Yeu-Chern Harn |
