Poop. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8297652/error-boost-disable-threads Looks like it's definitely time to upgrade Boost and I'll just have to deal with the consequences downstream as they pop up. Note that the immediate consequences for pwiz will be having to upgrade the bcp code as well which we use to build the Boost subset tarballs. I should be able to start the upgrade next week, I'm just not sure what issues will show up immediately. -Matt On 10/18/2013 8:56 AM, Witold E Wolski wrote: > attached the output of the quickbuild.sh > There are plenty of errors mostly related to boost which is shipped with pwiz. > /boost_1_43_0/boost/config/requires_threads.hpp:29:4: error: #error > "Threading support unavaliable: > > can't find tools (i.e. msconvert either), plenty of object files though in > build-linux-x86_64 > > > Can anyone give me short intro how to build pwiz on linux please? > > regards > Witold |
