You're right! I can open the file in QualBrowser and look at data without problem. Only when I step to this scan will the program crash. 

Is there a way to trap this exception so the rest of the run can get processed? As of now, we only get the data up to the scan.

Looks like data corruption. Can you view that scan in QualBrowser (both the peaks and the scan header)?
