Hi Matthew: >From the ProteoWizard download site, I have "vendor_api.7z" (version 3257) containing MassLynxRaw.dll and MassLynxRaw.lib. If I place these files in the ProteoWizard 3.0.3402 directory (freshly downloaded), should I be able to convert the Waters Synapt G2S RAW data folders? vendor_api.7z appears password protected... Could you grant me access to these files (OR are they already updated in 3.0.3402?) If so, I am still getting an error message during MSConvert for G2S RAW files. Many thanks for all your help. Subject: RE: [proteowizard-support] latest Waters RAW files to mzmL Hi Matt - I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to check back in on status of a ProteoWizard converter for Waters Synapt G2S files to mzML. My colleague Michael asked about in the message below. Our Waters sales representative emailed me this week that the Synapt G2S data format is now supported in ProteoWizard, but I didn't see an updated version on your website. Any word on this converter? We are excited to try it out. So for the time being you won't be able to convert this data. I'll let you know when the update rolls out.
