[proteowizard-support] Use of Proteome Wizard together with Cygwin

Hello,

Since this morning, I have been trying to use some basic functionality of 
pwiz, this in conjunction with Cygwin but unfortunately did not manage to 
do it so far.

>From the command line, when I try to use for example the msconvert 
function, I have a "permission denied" error message. From what I have 
been reading, this might come from the fact that I did not properly set up 
my PATH however what I have bin trying so far did not help.

Would you have some hints by any chance?
