Change 2441 by chambm (9 files):
- refactored XMLWriter::Attributes as a subclass of vector with a convenient, generic "add" function
- cleaned up mziddata::TextWriter
- fixed some issues with mziddata::Diff
- added pepXML writing
- fixed lots of issues with pepXML reading
- changed mziddata examples.cpp to provide a "basic spectrum identification" example with roughly the same metadata as pepXML (other examples can add to the basic one)
- enabled Serializer_pepXML_Test; 1:1 transcoding should be approximately possible with search results from Mascot, X! Tandem, and MyriMatch/TagRecon/Pepitome
