Hi Karina,

I forwarded the data to Agilent after I reproduced the bug and they got back
quickly. The problem is the run is marked as still in acquisition. Therefore
some kind corruption must have occurred. An Agilent dev said the data
shouldn't be trusted.

I'm cc'ing Joe because he reported the same error on some of his files.
