[proteowizard-support] pep2mzid Not Working

I tried running pep2mzid without any input to get its usage statement, but
it just segfaults. I tried giving it the location of a pepXML file, with or
without the option -i or --inputfile, or any option for that matter, but I
just keep getting the error "ambiguous option [option name here]". This is
from running either the downloaded build or the downloaded source code which
was then compiled by quickbuild.sh under Ubuntu 10.04.

Am I doing something wrong, or is the code broken?
