[proteowizard-developer] directory structure

Hi all,

 

I've made the main changes to the pwiz directory structure.  The top
level directories conform to the dependency levels (utility, data,
analysis, tools).  As per our discussion, I've added subdirs for
vendor-specific things:  utility/vendor_api and data/vendor_readers.

 

What has not changed yet is most of the lib names, and namespaces.  I'll
be changing these gradually as I touch the various areas again.

 

Brian, hopefully this isn't too much of an annoyance, since you'll have
to update your project files.
