All alpha tasks have been finished!

So, I'll be introducing the alpha test at my club here in Pasadena, CA, on
Wednesday.  Wish me luck!

I did end up fudging a little on the time zone support.  All times are
assumed to be PST right now.  In effect, if you can ignore the "PST"
designator and pretend that all games are in your own time zone, you should
be ok, but we'll need to clean up time zones a bit in the beta.

Speaking of the beta, I have added about half of the items I know I want
included in the beta as of now.  Feel free to start picking up items from
the beta.  Currently I'm thinking that I'll do about 1 release a month until
we get to the beta milestone, so any beta tasks completed during that time
will go into the alpha test at the next release.  This isn't written in
stone, and I may open up the alpha to a wider audience if I can't get enough
usage from the local club.

Thanks, Adam Ulvi, for your help getting us to the alpha!  Hopefully once we
get a little more exposure we can pick up a few more developers and proceed
a little more swiftly towards the beta.  :-)
