does it is possible to allow a particular ticket types to some SLA?
How it could be done?

    I'm not sure why some ticket type would not be "allowed".
    You need to be a bit more specific.

    But: This will very likely require customization. You you'll either have to do this yourself or it will be relatively expensive...

    the reason for this is to simplify user interface by removing unnecessary options as in other parts of the ]po[
