does it is possible to allow a particular ticket types to some SLA?
How it could be done?

    I'm not sure why some ticket type would not be "allowed".
    You need to be a bit more specific.

    But: This will very likely require customization. You you'll either have to do this yourself or it will be relatively expensive...
