#36 Role administration permissions dictionary. No Company contacts visible

Hi There, I was wondering if you there is a way to find exactly what every Check in User Profile Configuration does. The thing is that I have Help Desk users I need them to see Company contacts and they are not able to see them. Seems like data is being filtered within Company's details/Contacts section.
