Hello. Can you some one help where to fix the configuration. Basically for notifications from entering ticket, we are getting ticket with this message:
MISSING en US TRANSLATION for acs-workflow.Notification Subject execute

Please visit the URL below with system administrator rights and create a translation http://localhost::8000//acs-lang/admin/localized-message-new?package_key=acs-workflow&locale=en_US&message_key=Notification_Body_ticket_generic_wf_execute_wf_assignment_notif

Please also create a translation for the message subject by replacing the "Body" in the URL above with "Subject".

Hi Lux,
you can add translations by yourself using Translation mode (Developer Toolbar > TRN). Enable/disable Developer Toolbar on http://[YOUR_SERVER]/ds
