For some reason your font is bigger than the one that I use, are you using a non-default setting or maybe some theme? I also noticed that some other things do not look good on your screenshot, and some solution shall be made... if possible.
I have tried to set the Win fontsize to 125 %, to see if the things will mess up, but it had no impact on the app.

You're absolutely right! I didn't remember anymore and I had to check all the settings.
I had set in the configuration of Windows 10: Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Make text bigger at 110%
If I put it back in 100% the PrevNarin settings screen looks complete and correct (but smaller, of course :) ).
The truth, until now I had not noticed any similar effect.
It is up to you whether or not it is necessary to correct it. Thank you for "enlightening" me. :)

I was trying to find out what is the cause for the bug. It will definitely have to be fixed, as mus as possible. If text size is 300 % or even 500 % there is not much to do... maybe scrollers can be added...
