Help me, Debugging Problem

Hello,
         I'm using on cygwin PRC tools on windows. I want to debug on
TREO600 Simulator. I'm not able to connect to the TREO600
Simulator which I got it from Palm Source. but I could connect to
the pose(Emulator).
                  Please help me out. Thank You.
