Log message:
Rename binutils-VER.palmos.diff to binutils.diff, and similarly
gcc.diff and gdb.diff (but leaving gcc-2.95.3.palmos.diff as is
until it finally goes away).

Renaming these files each time the upstream version changes is
getting tiresome, and obscures the history.

It's still easy enough to tell what versions of binutils, etc,
you need: look in the .diff files themselves or in BUILDING.html
or prc-tools.spec.
