Unable to get http://prc-tools.sourceforge.net/install/setup.ini.sig
It was able to download Unable to get http://prc-tools.sourceforge.net/install/setup.ini fine, but apparently it can't find a .sig file. Then it lists all the packages, but prc-tools is not there.

Tbe newest version of Cygwin's setup adds a security feature that requires a sig file to verify it.
A temporary fix you can use until a sig file is available is to add -X to the setup call line to turn off the security verification. You can do that by creating a shortcut of the setup file and adding ' -X' after the last '"' in the target line of it's properties.
