This patch enables mouse wheel weapon switching, i.e. wheel up
selects the next available weapon and wheel down selects the
previous one.
The part about detecting wheel events is a bit of an ugly hack
because the push and release events occur simultaneous and I had
to find a way to make them last one tick. Can't think of a better way at
the moment - maybe you can.
