-tpwroff=27 will work for some PICs while the timing subroutines are in
beta-stage... I've programmed several 12F629's, without problems... By
the way, I've also seen this ms>27 error with the windows version...
The delayed output seems like an fflush problem. The output is there, in
time. You just can't see it 'coz there's no "\n" at the end of the line...
