Fabulous software: focused, do-one-thing-and-do-it-well solution for real-time musical collaboration over the internet. It's easy to use, even for less technical folk, it's easy to build (for those of us who prefer not to install downloaded binaries). The author is very active, highly engaged with his user community, and very helpful. In a time when we have been cut off from one another in so many ways, Jamulus re-connects musicians, allowing us to share our creativity and create on a larger scale. Our music can now live in spite of the physical boundaries now imposed on us. It is a lifeline.

Literally best piece of music software that has helped literally millions of people during this time of lockdown, allowing musicians and singers to avoid going mad and still being able to unwind and relax through music performing with others and socialising.

Volker's sleepy little Jamulus project has suddenly gone completely through the roof, and he has been incredibly generous and gracious in working with this newfound community of musicians around the world, polishing and upscaling. The project is real shot of joy in a dark time, and Volker is a class act.

Our band was bummed we wouldn't get to play for a long while due to the pandemic, but then we found Jamulus. And it's awesome. We are practicing every week again and having fun. I think it's important to also note that the developer (Volker) is active on the discussions and unbelievably responsive to questions and suggestions.

Jamulus software has raised great interest in the musician community all over the world in the last months. The software is generously being improved by Volker and its contributors. It is a stable software and i with my friends enjoy using it.

I don't know about "Project of the Month". I think "Project of the Decade" would be more appropriate.
