This is not a general Postfix help forum - this is for the separate package PostfixAdmin which configures/maintains virtual domains & mailboxes using Postfix (plus MySQL or PostgreSQL, optionally maildrop, and Courier or Dovecot).

I'd suggest you take a look at PolicyD (aka Cluebringer) which will do that for you - almost. It doesn't have connection limits, but it will limit messages (recipient count) and message size (cumulative volume) over configurable time periods. http://wiki.policyd.org

is it possible to configure postfix with sending limits:
300 connection per 5 minutes with max. 100 000 e-mails (max data 180 MB)
