As in, make it as though the domain didn't exist ?
Just untick the box in the domain settings screen for "Active" - this will (if you use the correct supllied scripts) hide the domain from Postfix.
You may need to edit your POP/IMAP configs as (from memory) the stock integration examples I've seen don't include an "active=1' clause - so the users will still be able to see their mail and send mail, they just won't receive any new mail.
