My client has been running POSper to keep track of a small inventory(less than 250 items) for the past 6 months. Recently the user list from the side pane when you launch POSper is blank. I was tempted to restore to factory defaults but I did not want it to overwrite the existing database or anything. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

This is almost certainly due to some misconfiguration.
The fastest way to diagnose what's wrong is to have a look into the
posper.log.
If you can't find out the reason yourself please post the 'posper.log' file.
Pls don't post Megs, rather cut out the relevant parts or
stop posper
rename posper .log
restart posper
post the newly created log.
