On a new system (windows7) i have installed posper 2.2 .
When the drawer must open, it wil not open. Only after something is been
printed.
If i click like 5x on open drawer button, nothing hapens, if i click 1
time on print, i hear 5x times the drawer-relay. Also the same after a
sales. If i don't print, the drawer will not open.
I had the drawer first on a Citzen Dm1000 II conected ,now i have it on
a Epson Tm-t88 IV. But the problem stays totally the same.
On my old system (XP + posper 2.2) , the drawer works normal.

Drawer opening is controlled by comands to the printer.
Your problem sounds like a driver problem. POSper creates output for
Epson printers in ESC/POS containing the correct codes for opening the
drawer.
Choose 'epson' and setup a 'Generic/Text' printer which will route the
output to the printer unchanged. This will work.
If you e.g. choose 'printer' you'll print to the queue configured in the
system using the driver installed in the system. 'printer' output will
not and cannot contain drawer opening commands which will be created by
the driver as the driver thinks they should occur... This will not work
for you.
