#33 bug with usage mppe on the same programs

when using mppe encryprion some programs dont work corectly
http://www.paltalk.com/PalTalkSite/ - the paltalk program for using
video conference
http://www.kalita-finance.com/ - client for trading terminal in forex
when mppe disabled this program works good
but when enabled tehy dont work corectly .

I have also noted that The Bank of America and the Yahoo
email login pages do not load when MPPE is enabled, without
the encription the pages load without problems.

The problem solved when to be put under compulsion mtu 1500 on a server
side
/etc/ppp/ip-up.local

!/bin/bash

ifconfig $1 mtu 1500

OK, I know this is a bug report from 5 years ago, but I'm actually still experiencing it in 1.3.4.
