#662 Check for missing annotation extensions

Due a bug ([curation-tool:#653] "Annotation Extension disappears when changing allele name") there are likely to be some missing annotation extensions. We have backups that go back several months so we should be able to find the missing annotations.

Yep, that isn't a problem anymore because the workflow has changed.
