Is it possible to see if any annotation_extension have EVER gone missing?
There are not many reasons to remove them, so if they have disappeared over time it is likely to be due to this phenomena
(Antonia I think it doesn't always happen. Does it happen if the session is reactivated , but not in approval? or the other way around?..I'm not sure...)

It would have happened in approval mode and normal mode. Any time you click to edit an allele name or evidence and then click "Edit".
I emailed Kim separately about a session restore it, he said he'd fix.
I'll do that now.

Unfortunately it's bit tricky - I'd need to write some code to go back through the backup files and compare annotation between each pair of backups. I'm happy to give it a go if you think it's worth it.

Its low priority but it would be nice to know....
Maybe open a ticket for it with priority 1 or 2 (which likely mean it will never happen...but if we ever got a voulunteer, or if some sort of widgit became avaiable, we could do it.

Antonai, I thought you wanted a session restore for this? or did you remember what was lost?

And yeah, I'm not sure but this might only happen in approval mode.
Sorry about the bug! It's fix now.
