Worst customer service ever, would not recommend as the support is below the standard as others have mentioned. Stopped using immediately as they are very unprofessional and blame you for any issue encountered.

The product seems great but it won't work for me. I had a small issue with it but the support was very bad. They can't explain something easily and won't even try to help you. Just assume your dumb and the issue is you. Maybe I was doing something wrong but instead of helping me, he just pointed me to a document to help me write the error and not to help me solve the issue. The tone was very rude and disrespectful. Maybe the product is great but the support is s***!
