#253 Bug is Designer "Create XML Rule"

If the user's puts too much text in the "rule desc" text box, the text does not wrap, but merely extends the width of the box, potentially off the screen. This is unexpected behavior that may be fixed by setting the text area to word wrap. Attached is a patch fixing this bug.

Using: Windows Vista, pmd 4.2.5 Rule Designer

Patch applied, fix will be available in PMD 4.3 and PMD 5.0.
