Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Moebius (moebius3) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: utf8 code Initial Comment: Bonjour, I've seen that the project is still alive, good news and thank for that. I've tried to install the 0.19 plptools and it works fine. There's always a problem for a french user like me : my system is utf8 and every file with special french letters is wrongly displayed with ugly things instead of è é ù ç and the other ones. Isn't possible to correct this ? For the record, I run an ubuntu 7.10 (gutsy) and use nautilus, the gnome file manager.. but I get the same result with konqueror which display small rectangles instead of french letters. Other thing, not important, it takes a long time to get the content of directories. For backup, is there no more a simple gui like kpsion ? Last thing (yes it's really the last one), I find it's a little bit difficult to run these things ("man plpfuse" don't give the fuse options neither the mandatory mount point) and I still don't know how to get things to work at launch of the system. I plan to never need anymore windows for my revo+....it seems that it's not too far now. Thank you again for doing that useful job cordialement, ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=108797&aid=1858519&group_id=8797 |
