The short answer is no, plptools isn't intended to work with the p910i. The long answer is that I don't have a clue what protocol the p910i uses (I don't even know what it is, what version of Symbian it runs &c.), so it might be easy to get it to work, or it might not.
If you're interested in exploring, please do; I don't have any Symbian devices (I use EPOC ER5, and EPOC is all that plptools is intended to work with).
