#8 Unable to open font file

I work on MS/Windows XP platform using PLplot library
version 5.1.0. The following error shown on the screen
and I don't know how to solve it:

Plotting Options:
< 1> win3 PLplot Win32 Window
< 2> ps PostScript File (monochrome)
< 3> psc PostScript File (color)
< 4> null Null device

Enter device number or keyword: 2
Enter graphics output file name: gec7
Opened gec7

*** PLPLOT ERROR ***
Unable to open font file
Program aborted

My question is how to correct this error?

You need to copy the *.fnt files from the plplot/data directory into the folder where your executable is.
