#17 Makefile for plplot.dll

Makefile, exported from M$ Visual Studio 6.0.

Maybe this will help other users who intend
to build a DLL.

My DLL is called plplotd.dll, because it's double
precision. My directory structure is not the
same as in the official distribution.

If you succeed in building the DLL, in starting
your application, and still no plot window
appears, one hint: You need the environment
variable PLPLOT_HOME in order to load fonts
(and what else). In normal console applications,
if PLPLOT_HOME is not set correctly, you will
receive an error message. In a windows (non-
console) applications, these messages will
not be visible.

The new CMake Build System is able to build shared and static plplot libraries on Windows.
