We discovered integer typing of iargc is the correct thing to do for other fortran compilers a few days ago, but it is nice to have it confirmed for the pgi fortran compiler as well. That fix and a number of other fixes we have accumulated should be be in the second release candidate which should be ocming out shortly. Watch this space for the announcement.
