Irwin (airwin) Assigned to: Hazen Babcock (hbabcock) Summary: ex 01 -save ==> bad superscripts in psc output for xcairo Initial Comment: To generate this issue simply run examples/c/x01c -save test_xcairo.psc -dev xcairo The on-screen results from xcairo are fine, but the generated PostScript file has bad superscripts. If instead, you run examples/c/x01c -save test_qtwidget.psc -dev qtwidget the superscripts (and everything else) are fine with the generated PostScript file. Both xcairo and qtwidget deal with unicode fonts in similar ways so I believe the xcairo bug must be due to incorrect information being stored in the xcairo buffer that is subsequently replayed with -dev psc to generate the -saveD PostScript output I presume that is because the xcairo buffer ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=102915&aid=2926482&group_id=2915 |
