Each DEX is defined within a given "context" where a "context" is a context in which a specialized vocabulary is employed. and a note

NOTE No DEXs are included in this version of the standard, but will be included in future releases.

The text is poorly worded and the note should not display when DEXs exist in PLCS. A list of links to DEXs (sorted by context) should appear instead.
