I have a concern about listing PLCSlib here. By putting it here, you are stating that it is part of the OASIS work product - Committee Specification, OASIS Standard, etc. Yet our rules don't allow for work products to be stored off the OASIS-provided infrastructure. I doubt that you want to move it to docs.oasis-open.org for any number of practical reasons.

So to address this, the easiest solution is to move that to the Related work section and list it under the heading "This specification is related to:"

Also, please show the URL next to the name as for the other entries, e.g.

Actually everything that we need from PLCSlib for the purpose of standardization has been provided in the released package and will be available.
I think that the best solution is to remove the link under “Additional artifacts:”
and instead use the references in 1.1 Components of the standard
