#102 Instance descriptions in templates

The instances in the template are principally created for using default reference data values.
hence the description of the instance is redundant - the description is should be the class or owl object.
So the <description> element should be optional

Perhaps there should be some default text:
An instance of the class (or object) with the class property set to:
http://www ...

Maybe even have all th instances generated from the XMI ...
