RequiredResourceByResourceItem was deleted from the PSM model in 2013. However it is still present in the v1.0 reference data. This was found when harvesting the PLCS reference data into STEPlib.

Recommended action: Since plcs-psm v1.0 has been published we cannot remove it from there. Suggest we deprecate it in plcs-psm v1.1 which is still in development phase.
