Employee_identification_code should be added as a subclass of Person_identification_code for use when classifying the employee_id of a person within the context of an organization.
When populating the OASIS:Person template an identifier is mandated. Since most of the data we will be producing will be generated by corporate systems there is an expectation that the identifier used will either be an employee_id or a user_id. An employee_id can be generated with a context of the employing organization relatively easily. A user_id seems even easier to produce on first thoughts, however, we would have to supply a context for the identifier which leads to a number of issues.

I think that that would be the identification of the PersonInOrganization rather than the identification of the Person
