Change description to and separate the rest in a NOTE: "identification of something assumed to be true without proof" NOTE: The reason or justification for an assumption being made shall be represented by a justification assignment being assigned to the assumption. The item that is assumed shall be related to the assumption by an item assumed." Is it really about the process of identification or its result, or both? "Something" or "item"?
