This description seems very narrow in scope and quite far from more general definitions of "document" (e.g. "recorded information together with the medium on which it has been recorded" from ISO 12615:2004). Is this intentional, or is there another label which could be more suitable for this class? And are only data "under configuration change management" (not defined) specified in documents?
