Is storage a necessary characteristic of this class? Could not "and is stored on an electronic device or on optical, magnetic, or electronic media, or a combination thereof" be moved to a note? It is hard to imagine something computer interpretable which is not stored in one of the ways mentioned. What is e.g. the difference between "electronic device" and "electronic media"?
