#4 Structure of the MUG sections

Each MUG (or "MUG section") should begin with a concept map setting the terminology for the area that the MUG is intended to cover.

E.g. for the MUG section for "Property", the concepts of property, property definition, quantity, value, unit, quantity value, a.s.o. should be discussed and presented in a concept map. An example is attached. they should also be explained in text, and possibly (som of them) added to plcs-terms.owl
