A few adjustments to align better with FMV's Business Information needs.

Fixed a small cardinaity issue. Tm.interval should have been * no 1..* to allow for tasks that are only rectifying.

Refined and extended the s1000d (tech pub content) - > PLCS (data exchange), inlucing the important IPD/C's.
