Commit [r6471]  Maximize  Restore  History

A few adjustments based on the the scenario work and mapping of business objects. ItemDefinition.longeviryAsCalculated is changed to ItemDefinition.longeviry to better express what it's all about (longeviryAsCalculated remains in VER). Also change the cardinaility on TaskMethod.non-executionCausesUsageRestriction from [0..1] to [0..*]. E.g. in the FMV schemes a failed inspection may cause both personell security issues (TK), and road safety issies (TF-Säk).
