Hi Ben: I'm going to assume this is a Gazebo question (your email doesnt say)... No: we dont currently have a stand-alone bumper model or sensor, so bumpers are hard-coded into other models. I dont think there is such a thing as a generic bumber model, but one could perhaps create a fairly generic bumper *sensor* (along the lines of the Camera or RayProximity sensors) that would make it easy to write custom bumper models. I have no plans to do this anytime soon, but would welcome a patch to this effect.
