For some reason, the build system is trying to build the python C and C++
bindings even though you don't have the python development libraries
installed.  If you want the python client bindings built, you should install
whatever python-dev package ubuntu ships.  Otherwise, try disabling the
BUILD_PYTHONC_BINDINGS and BUILD_PYTHONCPP_BINDINGS options in ccmake.
